The State Police of Bologna participates in the 23rd edition of Exposanità, Health Care Innovationwhich takes place from 17 to 19 April at Bologna Fiere.
The staff of the Provincial Health Office, present with a specially set up stand, illustrates the activities and resources of the State Police Health Service, with particular reference to welfare activities, forensic medicine, occupational medicine and prevention of discomfort psychology of the staff.
BLSD instructors are present at the Fair who show visitors the cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers and the use of the semi-automatic external defibrillator, the AEDs and the mannequins provided by the Central Health Directorate.
Finally, doctors and nurses from the State Police analyze the phenomenon of driving under the influence of psychoactive substances, in collaboration with the Traffic Police, showing the public the instruments used on the road to verify the intake of psychoactive substances by part of the drivers.
In the morning, Police Commissioner Antonio Sbordone also went to the stand on the inauguration day, visiting the police doctors and nurses and visiting the other stands present.
