“Receiving a gun”, another charge for the trapper Shiva

The 24-year-old Andrea Arrigoni, a trapper on the Milanese scene better known as “Shiva”, will have to answer to the charge of receiving stolen goods for a gun in addition to those of attempted murder and illegal possession of a firearm. The trapper was arrested last October by the Milan Police because on the evening of July 11, in Settimo Milanese in front of his record company, he reacted to an attack, according to the defense, by shooting a gun (never found) at his legs of two martial arts experts. Last February the judge, at the request of the defense lawyers, ordered the trapper to be placed under house arrest, releasing him from prison and, following the requests of the prosecutor, ordered the trial to be carried out immediately with the hearing starting today. Shiva was not present in the courtroom this morning and according to his lawyers “he did nothing but defend himself from the violent attacks” of the two MMA fighters close to the trapper Rondo Da Sosa. The 24-year-old is also under investigation by the Ascoli Piceno Prosecutor’s Office, together with 5 other young people, for a fight that broke out in San Benedetto del Tronto on the night of August 30th.
