CIVITANOVA MARCHE – Parking in the stadium area is available to residents and tourists of Civitanova Marche. Also this year the car park in via Aldo Moro, between the fire station and the homes, will be temporarily available to citizens and tourists.

The idea, proposed last year by city councilor Andrea Ruffini, was presented to the council by councilor Roberta Belletti, with responsibility for parking, and approved in the last session. This is a municipal area of approximately 4 thousand square meters with approximately 100 additional parking spaces. There will be no asphalting work, but only light surface repair work will need to be carried out.

«Compared to last year, we are bringing forward the opening of the area by a month – said councilor Belletti – The area, which last year was opened in June with the aim of making up for the lack of parking spaces in the southern area of city, especially in the summer period, will be available from 25 April until 30 September”. «After last year’s experience – said councilor Ruffini – where the car park proved to be very useful, we decided to replicate and therefore make the area available again for those who come to Civitanova».

In view of the summer, in addition to the car park in via Aldo Moro, the municipal administration is evaluating the opening, like last year, of the parking in Fontespina, behind the “Sì con te” supermarket, for a total of 300 more parking spaces. Thanks to the agreement with the private sector renewed last year, the parking in the Broccolo area773 square meters, also in Fontespina, behind the church of San Carlo Borromeo.
