An approaching cold front will bring, starting today evening, Monday 15 April, a drop in pressure and unstable conditions, especially in the north-west areas and on the Apennine mountains.
Between today and tomorrow, Tuesday 16 April, there will be possible rain, mostly light, and scattered thunderstorms, while winds will be more significant, with possible south-westerly gusts of up to 70-90 km/h.
The Regional Civil Protection Operations Room has therefore issued a yellow code for strong winds which from 6pm today, Monday, until 3pm tomorrow, Tuesday, will affect the river basin.
Reno, Romagna Tuscany and Valtiberina. Also due to the wind, the yellow code will extend on Tuesday 16th to the islands of the Archipelago, lasting from 7am to 8pm.
Due to storm surges, the yellow code will be in force from 9am to 8pm on Tuesday 16th on the central coast and the Archipelago.
