«A paradoxical implication»
«The thing, if we want, has an almost paradoxical implication – they say – if we consider that, following our reports a few years ago, the Municipality of Perugia itself deemed it appropriate to relieve the builder of the unfulfilled obligations of having to complete the works expected after the delivery of the homes to the respective owners and to replace him to complete the road given that this requirement had not been respected. Promising to resolve the situation, the municipal administration collected a guarantee, but after more than two years it has not used that money to carry out the planned works on a road that has now become municipal”.
