The Perugia Police Headquarters issued three DASPO measures against as many Perugia fans who last March 23, during the Perugia – Pineto football match, valid for the national Serie C football championship, were responsible for throwing seats and smoke bombs, in the North curve of the “Renato Curi” Stadium.

Precisely in relation to the aforementioned event, yesterday, at the end of the direct trial, the Judge validated the three deferred arrests and ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the Judicial Police for the three suspects.

The seriousness of the conduct, the danger to public order and safety generated led the Police Commissioner to issue DASPO measures against the fans involved.

The three measures will prohibit them from accessing football, Italian Cup, international cups and championship sporting events for a period ranging from five to eight years taking into account the seriousness of the individual conduct and previous prejudices.

Furthermore, against three recipients of the measures – belonging to the Perugian fans – the requirement of the obligation to appear before the Judicial Police was also applied on the occasion of football matches played at “home” and away, after the start of the match. match and before the end, for the entire duration of the measure.

The recipients of the measures will also be prohibited – starting from two hours before and until two hours after the conclusion of the sporting event – from accessing and parking in an area within four hundred meters of the places in front of the stadium, the railway stations affected by the arrival or departure of the fans, the public car parks serving the sports facilities, the training places and retreats of the football teams, as well as, in an area within two hundred meters of distance from the other places affected by the parking , the transit or transport of those who participate or attend the same events.

Any violation of the ban may be punished with a prison sentence of between one and three years and a fine of between ten thousand and forty thousand euros.
