After the winter break, Meraki Market, an exhibition of handmade creativity, returns. Artists and creatives of the Meraki Lucca Association create all their works completely by hand, creating unique and original pieces: sewing, weaving, nunofelt, tricot, bags, sculptures with recycled objects, jewellery, ceramics, paintings, lamps, prints from photos using the cyanotype technique. Over time the events were held at the Mercato del Carmine and at the cloister of Santa Caterina with some events in Piazza Guidiccioni. For the whole of this year the venue will be the Loggia of Palazzo Sani in via Fillungo 121, as was the case for the last Christmas market. The first event of the season will take place on Saturday 30th, Sunday 31st March and Monday 1st April, from 10am to 8pm. The inauguration for the current year will be held on Saturday 30 March at 12, in the presence of the Director of Confcommercio Lums, Sara Giovannini and the Councilor for Productive Activities and Commerce of the Municipality of Lucca, Paola Granucci. The events are always sponsored by the Municipality of Lucca and Confcommercio Lums.
