Only a few months ago Vincenzo Irelli’s building was vandalised

It is not the first episode in which some citizen shows love for their city. Approximately three months after the act of vandalism on the bust of Vincenzo Irelli, today the bust of the sculptor Raffaello Pagliaccetti is being battered, again along Viale dei Tigli in Teramo. The bust has been detached from the pedestal.

Apparently it’s a great form of fun.

“The mayor Gianguido D’Alberto, as soon as he became aware of the episode of vandalism carried out against the bust of Raffaello Pagliaccetti, located in the Tigli, informed the competent councilor Domenico Sbraccia and the ecological policeman for the activities of the case. The bust it was therefore taken for repairs, which will take place quickly, and subsequent relocation.
At the same time, operations were started to identify those responsible or responsible for the gesture, an activity already carried out successfully for a similar case that occurred a few weeks ago”.
