THE PROCEDURE CONTINUES: 8 OFFERS FOR THE DESIGN
The Cambiano site
The construction procedure continues new ASL Torino 5 hospital in Cambiano. The Piedmont Region has decided to assert, within the terms set out in the tender issued by the State Property Agency, the right of option relating to the purchase of the land on which the hospital will be built.
The area, which will be purchased by the Piedmont Region and then transferred to the ASL To5, is 110,500 square meters and it is the largest part of the land on which the single hospital will be built.
The purchase of the land by the public is an essential step in the process of carrying out the work and will allow for more streamlined procedures once work begins.
In the meantime, the process of the design tender, launched in December 2023, continues.
The Commission established to evaluate the 8 groups of designers who participated in the selection competition for the realization of the technical-economic feasibility project is proceeding with the evaluations of the offers. A decision will be reached by April 15 and the contract for the design will be awarded.
