Holy Week continues Pozzuoli in the Cathedral of San Procolo Martire al Rione Terra with the celebrations of the Bishop of Diocese of Pozzuoli and Ischia Monsignor Carlo Villano. Here is the program of celebrations at the Cathedral of Rione Terra.
For today’s Holy Thursday, this morning, March 28, there was the celebration of the Office of Readings, Lauds and Terce and at 10 am the Holy Chrism Mass presided over by Monsignor Carlo Villano.
This evening, at 6.30 pm, the Bishop Villano will celebrate the Holy Mass of the Lord’s Supper as part of the Easter Celebration.
We continue tomorrow, March 29, on Good Friday, with the celebration of the Office of Readings, Lauds and Terce at 9.30 am and at 6.30 pm the Liturgy of the Passion of the Lord will be held, again presided over by Mons. Carlo Villano.
For Holy Saturday the usual celebration of the Office of Readings, Lauds and Terce at 9.30 am while from 9 pm there will be the Easter Vigil.
Holy Week in the Cathedral of Rione Terra Of Pozzuoli It ends on Easter Sunday, March 31, at 11.30 am with Holy Mass. An hour earlier, at 10.30, the Holy Mass presided over by the Mons. Villano will be celebrated at the Chapel of Women’s prison Of Pozzuoli.
