An extraordinary location for the new Food Challenge gastronomic challenge. Pan di ramerino, a typical dessert of the Easter period, arrives in Piazza Santa Croce on the afternoon of Good Friday. There are 21 competitors in the contest organized by the Venerabile Compagnia dei Quochi as part of “Firenze Craft”, the new market exhibition that will bring the most authentic Florentine spirit back to Florence, from March 29th to April 1st. The initiative will begin at 2.30 pm and, as always, two different juries will evaluate the participants, one technical and one popular.
