The historic Senigallian restaurant L’AngolinosulMare reaches the important milestone for its 34 years of activity. A point of reference for catering in our area.
VinicioMaria’s is a 34-year-long family story, a solid couple who have devoted their lives to catering with a lot of passion and professionalism, repaid over the years with the broad consensus of their customers.
It was April 27, 1990 when VinicioMaria gave life to the La Perla Restaurant, under the Pyramids in Cesano, then moved in 2007 to Marotta until 2009. At the same time, from 2006 to 2013 they also opened the “VinicioMaria” Restaurant under the Hotel Marconi Terrace.
In 2009, after “La Perla” closed, they opened the current “AngolinosulMare”, next to the Rotonda a Mare, which can be admired in all its beauty, directly from every table in the restaurant.
It is a story of sacrifices and dedication to work that has led to extraordinary results, such as to place L’AngolinosulMare among the greatest excellences of Senigallian catering. But it is also a story of people, like Vinicio, the beating heart of the restaurant, always supported by his wife Maria as Chef and creator of the restaurant’s successful dishes, assisted by her right-hand man, Chef Giorgio Mariani. In the restaurant for 27 years, sommelier Roberto Perini masterfully manages the well-being of customers with the precious support of Ilaria Mentuccia and all the staff of this exceptional reality.
We can only hope to be able to enjoy their hospitality for at least as many years.
