Emanuele Luchetti, the man from Falconara who ended up in the storm of fake vaccines at the Paolinelli hub, during the pandemic, wanted to go back to being a nurse for the public health service. Asur had suspended him from service but he appealed to the labor court which just yesterday, with judge Andrea De Sabbata, rejected him considering the health company’s procedure to be correct. Luchetti, more than a year and a half ago, had made an urgent appeal through his lawyers, Paolo Campanati and Marta Balestra, against the decision to suspend him from service which was never followed by a dismissal. The Ast of Ancona was represented in the appeal by the lawyer Antonio Dimatteo. At least for now Luchetti will not return to being a nurse for Ast but he can appeal the decision. The investigation conducted by the Doric flying squad brought to light a dangerous trick in January 2022: fake inoculations of anti-Covid-19 serum doses to obtain green passes, essential for working, moving on public transport, traveling and also sit in the restaurant. Behind the system, which would have continued for months at the Baraccola vaccination center, still in full health emergency and with the pandemic claiming deaths, Luchetti’s main responsibility in all this had emerged. He was the nurse at the vaccination center who, the prosecutor claims, pretended to give the injections to consenting citizens, throwing away the doses and receiving money in exchange. The investigations into the bluff vaccines were closed in June last year and there are 76 others under investigation in addition to the nurse. but.ver.
