Municipalities with the highest stock of temporary rentals

The idealista/data report (the data refers to the first quarter of 2024), in detail, highlighted what are the Italian municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants who have the greater percentage of temporary rentals out of the total number of house rental advertisements published on idealista. On the top step of the podium we find Viareggio in Tuscany, where as many as 62% of houses for rent include a rental formula of between 12 and 18 months.
