The initiative “Bring a Friend to Kena” is about to be again extended. In this way the virtual operator’s customers will be able to continue to participate until the end of August 2024. The program offers Kena customers the opportunity to receive up to 50 euros (through 10 refills tribute from 5 €) of cumulative refunds on your remaining credit, inviting friends and acquaintances to switch to the manager with one new SIM. New customers who accept the invitation will also receive a top-up of maximum 5 euros.
It is important to underline that on the Kena website the previous deadline (June 10), but according to sources of MondoMobileWeb the deadline has been extended to August 31st. But how does the initiative work?
Kena extends “Bring a Friend” until August
To participate, customers must request a code invitation viaMyKena Customer Areaaccessible from the official website or via the app available for Android And iOS. After logging in, simply select the item “Request code“. Alternatively, via the app, you need to click on the same button in the side menulog in with your phone number and enter theOTP received via SMS.
The new customer who receives the code can activate a Kena offer with number portability
through various channels. Among these is the site official, theappauthorized sales points and Customer Service at number 181. Once the procedure has been completed, the new customer will in turn be able to share their invitation code with other users to obtain additional ones free refills.
Each Kena customer can only obtain one invitation code, shareable with anyone. If the code is forgotten, it is possible recover it by accessing the Customer Area again on the operator’s website or by calling Customer Service 181 for free. It is not possible to recover the code via the app.
Each customer can invite other users without limits, but can obtain up to 10 refunds, for a maximum value of 50 euros, as anticipated. Even after reaching the limit, new invitees will continue to receive the bonuses. The refund is credited to the remaining credit of the invited customer’s SIM after first renewal of the signed offer. The inviting customer must wait for the first renewal of the friends’ offer and then proceed to renew his own offer to receive the refund.
