The opportunity was created by Cuti BakeryOf Roglianoin their production site located in the industrial area of Figline Vegliaturo. We are in the beautiful place of Calabria, to understand each other in the area that is best identified as Lake Plancrossed by SS 19 of Calabria as soon as you exit the highway A2 of the Mediterranean.

The object of the meeting was the presentation of the beautiful volume by Debora Calomino journalist and writer originally from San Lucidoby title “Bright Stories” of a Calabria that flourishes. An extraordinary collection of interviews and stories of young Calabrians who have reinvented themselves by creating their own work, designing and supporting their own ideas and dreams with stubbornness and determination, bringing added value to this wonderful land.

Among these stories, the one of the creators of the tasty biscuits stands out Cutiscotti with Mara Alessio and Enza Runco and the story that concerns the members of the association emerges Rublanumwith the interesting interview with the artistic director Giacomo Marinaro of Gulia Urbana project that bases its roots on the concept of freedom of artistic expression to develop and enhance the urban and social fabric through urban art, are present in several villages of Savuto and Reventino the murals carried out over the last few years.

Entering the room Bread Museum an atmosphere of familiarity was immediately created: on the other hand, not many years ago the occasion of the baking of bread was an opportunity to be together and exchange shapes of the precious freshly baked food. The Cuti Bread Museum and the Cuti Bakery are a beautiful entrepreneurial reality of our land. Mara Alessio’s welcome was friendly and affable, the participants were introduced into the lively atmosphere by Enza Runco together with the sociable and expansive Pina Oliveti who acted as moderator of the meeting which saw the president of the city council present of Rogliano, Antonio Simarco.

In Debora Calomino’s book – highlighted Pina Oliveti – the interviews and stories of young Calabrians who reinvented themselves by creating their own work, planning and supporting their ideas and dreams with stubbornness and determination are collected, bringing added value to this wonderful land.

Among the 28 stories narrated is the adventure of the young members of Aps Rublanum, with the Gulia Urbaba project illustrated in great detail by Giacomo Marinaro. And with him, to stay in the Roglianese house, the invention of the shines and stands out Cutiscotti a shape of biscuits created by the experimental will of Mara Alessio and Vincenza Runco who play at home in the bakery.
