Summer is approaching and holiday planning is causing a surge in the number of bookings for short-term rentals around Europe. According to data collected by AirDNA (housing statistics and measurements portal that collects data from Airbnb And Vrbo of the group Expedia and from over 1.5 million property managers and hosts) demand for June and July sees growth of 17% compared to 2023, while growth in August is 22%.

The most sought after destinations
