After the announcement by Marine Le Pen’s Rassemblement National that she wanted to end political cooperation with the AfD, the leadership of the German far-right party decided to impose on its main candidate for the European elections, Maximilian Krah, a ban on any public appearance. This was reported by the Dpa agency, citing a party spokesperson.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the federal presidency held today and also reported with this outcome by party sources to the European Parliament.
