A top secret plan for Vladimir Putin’s Russia in the war against Ukraine to ‘shape’ the international framework.
Just over a year after the start of the conflict, Russia in a secret document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he outlined plans for weaken the United States and other Western adversariesusing the war with Kiev to forge a new global order free from what was called American domination.
