The best way to celebrate a glorious history, which has been able to cross two decades with music and voices from all over the world, hitting courageous discoveries and anticipating times and fashions. A history engraved in the red earth, in the white lime and in the rough stone of a territory that was unexplored and that has now become the place to be for those looking for a summer of high musical quality: Puglia. A history to be honored with a new, unforgettable line-up. To celebrate this incredible milestone, the festival born in Locorotondo (BA) and that in these two decades has put the Valle d’Itria on the maps of all music lovers, chooses as its inspiring theme “It Was Written”making the title of his second album his own Nas, among the most important guests of this 2024 edition. As if the history and cultural impact of these twenty years of Locus Festival were a reality already written in the air scented with olive trees and salt, in the ancient charm of trulli and ancient villages, in the inimitability of the light, the food and the landscapes between the sea and the hills. An operation maieutics who, starting from the unique qualities of a territory, has been able to write unique pages of artistic and musical beauty. The secret recipe for Locus’ longevity is the perfect fusion between high-profile global artists and the best names on the Italian scene, in an explosive and original blend of past, present and future.
