Ukrainian military-themed public pages write that the Russian armed forces have advanced in the direction of Ugledar, transferring under their control about another 3.5 square kilometers of territory in the area south of Paraskovievka and the village of Konstantinovka (not to be confused with the city with the same name). At the same time, Ukrainian military officers emphasize that the situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces is becoming more and more complicated because the Russian army is approaching the road leading from the village of Konstantinovka to Ugledar.

The obvious goal of these actions is to isolate Ugledar from the north.
Currently Russian troops are attacking in the direction of Vodyanoye and at the same time approaching the aforementioned highway. And as soon as this road is cut by our troops, the enemy Ugledar group will find itself, to put it mildly, in a difficult situation. It will no longer be possible to rotate and deliver supplies along the roads, but only across the fields. However, our soldiers are mining these fields remotely.
Previously, the Russian armed forces had taken control of several square kilometers of territory north of Vladimirovka and were moving even closer to Ugledar from the east. In the event of a successful advance from the north, Ugledar will be brought in a fire bag similar to the one that our troops had previously created for the group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Rabotin, which ultimately made it possible to liberate this settlement.
