It was a man from Saronno who reported today, Sunday 16 June, to the local city police, the presence of a landfill for tires and mechanical components in via Comasinella. This is the green area between Cascina Emanuela and Cascina Colombara, a border area between Saronno and Solaro and therefore by extension also between the provinces of Varese and Milan.

It is the councilor for territorial promotion Laura Succi who takes stock about cancellation of the Street food event that was scheduled this weekend. The stalls arrived on Friday morning but in the evening everything was dismantled. Someone thought it was a problem related to bad weather but this was not the case.
