The Deputy Secretary Aned Abruzzo and Molise Don Francesco Martino had a discussion with the Acta Sub-Commissioner for the Recovery Plan of the Molise Region, Ulisse Di Giacomo, regarding the problems and concerns reported by ANED regarding the reorganization of hemodialysis services in the Hospital Network provided for in DCA 92/2024, the Nephrology Network and the Transplant Network.
The Acta Sub-Commissioner specified that the Dialysis Services located in the Community Hospitals of Venafro and Larino remain in the existing modalities, aggregated in a functional logic to the Hospital Services of the Veneziale of Isernia and of the San Timoteo of Larino, for which, obviously, the places read functional technicians not present in the tables of Annex C/C1 due to material error will be reinserted, and communicated that the PDTA on Kidney Disease, which provides for the configuration of the Regional Nephrodialysis Network, and the configuration of the Transplant Network, especially the one relating to renal transplantation, will be approved by 30 June 2024 with the Commissioner’s Decree ad Acta.
In this document all the relevant procedures will be foreseen, so it will then be up to ASREM to implement them, also solving the problem of transporting the sera of Molise patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis to the Reference Transplant Center in L’Aquila.
