The FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee announces that it intends to identify one of its sports clubs, regularly affiliated for the 2023/24 season, or a company or private individual, interested in purchasing a 9-seater car/minibus of its property :
– FORD brand, model TRANSIT TOURNEO COMBI 2.2 TDCI, 115hp, 300s, license plate EG 474 FB, registered in January 2011, DIESEL fuel – EURO 4, 87,970 km traveled as of 19/7/2023, vehicle currently not running and hospitalized at workshop located in Tivoli/Guidonia, sufficient bodywork conditions.
The cost estimate for the necessary repairs, prepared by a leading company in the sector, is attached to this notice.
The FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee will only examine expressions of interest that are equal to or greater than the estimated price of €1,500.000 (one thousand five hundred/00).
The expression of interest, accompanied by the requested documents, under penalty of exclusion must be received no later than 12.00 on 30 June 2024 at the following address: FIPAV LAZIO REGIONAL COMMITTEE – Via Flaminia 380 – 00196 – Rome, by registered mail to/ r, or through an authorized delivery agency, or by hand delivery (in this case a specific receipt will be issued at the office itself) from 10.00 to 12.00 on weekdays (excluding Saturdays).
On the outside, the package must bear clearly visible – for the purposes of identifying the interested party – the name/company name of the sender and the following wording,
“DO NOT OPEN” – RESERVED: CONTAINS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST “PURCHASE OF A FEDERAL VEHICLE”
Expressions of Interest on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
Interested parties can express their interest by sending to FIPAV:

This invitation to express interest, initialed on each page and signed by the individual or in the case of a company, by the legal representative of the Company;

the letter of Expression of Interest according to the “Annex A” format, initialed on each page and signed by the individual or in the case of a company, by the legal representative of the Company;
•
the financial offer (according to the “Attachment B” format), initialed on each page and signed by the individual or, in the case of a company, by the legal representative of the Company;
•
photocopy of the identity document by the natural person or in the case of a company, by the legal representative of the Company.
The proposals, presented according to the criteria indicated above, will have a binding nature and cannot be subject to a reduction in amount nor, much less, revoked.
To guarantee the purchase proposal, the proposing party must attach a non-transferable cashier’s check, payable to FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee, for an amount equal to 30% of the proposed price. The credit title will be returned in the event of non-awarding of the property.
The publication of this invitation and the receipt of the Expression of Interest do not imply for the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee any obligation towards the interested parties, nor, for the latter, any right to any service from the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee, to any title.
This announcement constitutes an invitation to express interest, and not an invitation to offer, nor an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the civil code, nor a solicitation of public savings pursuant to art. 94 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 88/98.
If more than one individual or company responds to this notice, the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee will sell the car to the individual or company who has offered the highest price.
The date and place of the meeting of the specific commission appointed by resolution of the CR for the opening of the envelopes and for the determination of the final award to the winning subject will be promptly made known to all competitors
If, when the envelopes are opened, multiple purchase proposals are presented with the same price, the purchase proposal presented first will be considered the winner. In the absence of expressions of interest, for an amount equal to or greater than that indicated, the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee reserves the right to continue the procedure also on the basis of informal proposals that may have been received.
In the event of a dispute regarding the content of the purchase proposals, the indication of the time of their presentation and, more generally, their validity, such disputes will be evaluated and resolved, in a binding manner for the parties involved, by the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee .
The successful tenderer must formalize the purchase of the property within 30 days following the award date, paying the agreed value, taking care of the procedures relating to the transfer of ownership of the vehicle at his own expense and, finally, undertaking to collect the vehicle from the site where he currently lives.

Pursuant to the legislation currently in force, the processing of personal data will be based on lawfulness and correctness in full protection of the rights of the subjects demonstrating interest, as well as their confidentiality; the processing of data has the purpose of allowing the verification of the suitability of the subjects demonstrating interest. The data controller is FIPAV – Italian Volleyball Federation, against which the interested party may assert his rights provided for by the GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

This invitation is governed by Italian law. Any dispute that may arise in this regard will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, in the event that the prior attempt at mediation with a person appointed for this purpose is unsuccessful.
This notice will remain published on the institutional website of the FIPAV Lazio Regional Committee (www.fipavlazio.net), until the deadline for submitting expressions of interest.
