In wholesale markets the shelled Californian almonds in bulk record stable prices. Extra quality starts from 7 up to 10 euros per kg. Prices: Verona (8.50), Treviso (10), Naples (9.50), Florence (11), Bologna (9.50). The peeled variant can reach 13 euros per kg as in the Florence market. In other markets around 9/10 euros per kilo. Similar prices for the first category from 7 to 9 euros. You go up with the peeled ones which reach up to 12 euros per kilo.

Hazelnut chapter: especially French product from 6 to 7 euros per kg, similar prices also for the Italian product which in some markets for the extra quota around 15 euros. Low prices for nuts. The Chandler variety from California costs 3.50/4 euros per kg. The Lara from Italy costs around 7/8 euros, but in some markets it can be found at 5. On average, the Franquette variety from France costs less than 4 euros per kg.

Finally, i pistachios which quote on average well above 12 euros, the extra product above 20 – Bologna (Iran 25 euros, California 28), Verona (Iran 14.50, California 14.50), Turin (Iran 27 euros, California 28).
