Several boats were seized by the Port Authority of Naples as part of the investigations intoaccident which resulted in the death of Cristina Frazzicathe 31-year-old was hit while she was on board a kayak in the waters of Posillipoin the Campania capital.

As reported by Tgcom24investigators from the judicial police and the Naples prosecutor’s office used the images from video surveillance systems of the presidential residence Villa Rosebery to reconstruct the dynamics of the episode.
From the videos it emerged that the boat that hit the victim (who was in the company of a friend) had continued navigation without stopping to provide assistance.

On the seized boats – whose characteristics correspond to those of the vessel that hit the kayak – they will be carried out technical checks. In this way it will be possible to check the possible presence of signs of impact.

The accident that caused the death of 31-year-old Cristina Frazzica occurred on the afternoon of Sunday 9 June.
Together with the victim, in the canoe, there was a friend, the young criminal lawyer Vincenzo Carmine Leonethan to the local newspaper The morning he recounted the dynamics of what happened.
The two, who were unable to see who was at the helm of the vehicle, jumped into the water after several – unsuccessful – attempts to attract the driver’s attention.
The girl was then hit by the propellers and lost his life. Vincenzo Carmine reached the nearest boat and asked for help.
The victim’s autopsy
Cristina Frazzica was originally from Gioia Tauro but he lived in Vogherain the province of Pavia.
The parents arrived from Lombardy to meet the investigators. It will be placed on the body of the 31-year-old the autopsy.
