It’s what happens in Spain where, at least once a month, dozens and dozens of people from the borders reach Spanish cities to do their shopping and save “more than 700 euros”.

The journey from France to Spain

It is the new Camino de Santiago of the French. Reaching Spain on board a bus, undertaking a 10-hour journey in the company of people who have the same mission. I happen to save from 320 to 700 euros in expenses.”

A mother also confirmed the discomfort felt by the nurse. «In France I happen to spend more than 600 euros a month on shopping and shopping for my family – she declared – she and, sometimes, I arrive with water in my throat at the end of the month. I am unemployed and we get by only on my husband’s salary. In Spain everything costs less and is more convenient. I happen to fill my cart with cakes, household and laundry products, paying only 300 euros. In this way, I saved 200 euros.”
