UDINE – Bianca Doros And Patrizia Cormos they died in Natisone for asphyxia due to drowning and polytrauma. The bodies of the two girls were returned to their families so that they could celebrate the funeral. An autopsy should therefore not be performed. «We are in the preliminary investigation phase, with the facts being ascertained in collaboration with the Carabinieri. The investigations on the bodies, the dynamics of the facts, the documentation that we have all seen and the external examination carried out by the medical examiner on the bodies, allow, with reasonable certainty, to identify the cause of death as asphyxia from drowning and various traumas. The external cadaveric inspection was therefore considered sufficient, also to return the girls to their families, to proceed with the funeral rite”.

This was announced by the Prosecutor of Udine, Massimo Liain a press conference, about the Natisone drama. «Everything has been acquired – he assured – including the girl’s cell phone, which is still usable. The parents have not yet made specific requests. We have already heard all the witnesses, including family members and no requests have been received from Romania.” «We will check the protocols – he concluded – as always in Italy the skills are different depending on whether it is a health intervention or not, immediate rescue activities or research. Not all things are considered analogous. I read the request for the urgent report, requested by Minister Musumeci, in the newspapers, but I have not had contact with the prefecture”, he concluded.
