The man, despite being immediately admitted to hospital, immediately appeared in very serious conditions and after almost a month of agony he passed away despite the desperate attempts of the doctors at the Antonio Cardarelli hospital in Naples. The 25-year-old, who attempted to escape, was then chased and stopped: initially stopped for resisting a public official and for very serious injuries, with the death of Vincenzo Fiorillo he now has to answer for murder.
The 25-year-old, who has a clean criminal record, he was already known to social services: as councilor Luca Trapanese later confirmed, the 25-year-old himself suffers from mental problems and has repeatedly refused help. He was also known in the place where the attack occurred, so much so that in the past there had been no shortage of breakfast offers from the very bar where the tragedy occurred.
