TRIESTE – Last night the firefighters saved a man who was floundering in the sea near the “Fish Market Pier“, in Trieste. In the water for night training with a motorboat, the Nautical Specialists of the Giuliano Fire Brigade command were called by the crew of a yacht who had noticed the presence of a man in the sea who was gasping nearby. The Fire Brigade of the fire approached and managed to hoist him on board, then they tried to reassure him because the man was in a state of confusion and perhaps even drunk. An ambulance arrived on the ground and the medics took care of the man evident state of confusion, and they transported him to Cattinara hospital.
