This time he ended up in prison, because he allegedly violated the prohibition on approaching his wife, whom he allegedly threatened. In the crosshairs a 41-year-old, arrested by the Carabinieri of the Montesarchio Company.
According to an initial reconstruction, the man reached his wife’s home and, once inside, threatened her with death. The unfortunate woman raised the alarm, the military stopped the suspect, defended by the lawyer Fabio Russo, and, on the orders of the prosecutor Maria Colucci, transferred him to the Capodimonte district.
The 41-year-old hit the headlines in January, when he was removed from the family home because during an argument, brandishing a kitchen knife, he allegedly shouted intimidating phrases at her even in the presence of the police. “Why did you call them, I didn’t do anything, I have to kill you, I’ll kill you,” he allegedly told her.
After the validation, the investigating judge had ordered him to be prohibited from approaching the injured party, which had already been broken a few weeks ago, when he had gone to look for his wife. He had been reported, then he had availed himself of the right to remain silent during an interrogation requested by the prosecutor.
