Cagliari On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic, the prefecture of Cagliari organized a series of initiatives, in which the presentation of gold medals for the victims of terrorism and honors of Merit of the Republic (Knights of Labour), awarded by President Sergio Mattarella to those awarded in the province of Cagliari. In particular, the gold medals for the victims of terrorism were awarded to the Army graduate William Lorrai and to the selected agent of the state police Demis Calleris.
The honors of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic were instead awarded to Adriana Maria Cammi, retired deputy commissioner of the state police; to the head of the 1st class Gianluigi Cordaserving at the Port Authority of Oristano with the title of head of Maritime Police, Environment and Coastal Defense section; Salvatore Florisretired Army medical officer (commander); Raffaela Longobardifirst medical director of the state police serving at the Cagliari police headquarters as medical director (knight); Augusto Masciaretired deputy commissioner (Knight); Anna Maria Murtasretired school director in Portoscuso (knight); Marina Notarrigodeputy prefect serving at the Prefecture of Cagliari (knight); Alessandro Onali, councilor of the Order of Engineers of Cagliari (knight); lieutenant Sergio Passalacquacommander of the San Gavino Carabinieri station for over 20 years (knight); Efisio Piliasole director of the company of the same name (knight); Antonella Piulawyer of the Court of Cagliari (knight); Giovanni Piero Sannadirector of the Coastal Conservation Agency of the Sardinia Region (Knight of the Grand Cross); Achille Sionisretired lieutenant of the carabinieri (knight).
