“The Olympics Syllabus – commented the Minister for Public Affairs
administration Paolo Zangrillo – are the expression of the importance that
covers the training. An opportunity for all public employees to get involved
game, ascertain your skills gaps, work to fill them and
achieve certified and qualified results. By making people grow,
let’s make public administrations grow”
Syllabus, the first training portal, was born precisely with this objective
dedicated to all people employed in the Public Administration, carried out
by the Department of Civil Service as part of the
“Digital Skills for PA” project and financed by Next Generation
EU. A constantly evolving digital tool thanks to a catalog of
constantly updated training contents, capable of guaranteeing a
definition of courses tailored to training needs, starting from the survey
possible levels of mastery.

“The response of the administrations – concludes Minister Zangrillo – was
positive: the approximately 7,500 administrations that have joined the platform
Syllabus have highlighted a great demand for training relating to
development of digital and transversal skills. Path that has the goal
last to establish management systems based on skills in administrations
capable of bringing value within the country system, strengthening the policies of
management and development of human resources to enhance people and their work
and the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses”.
Congratulations to Dr. Chirico who brought Molise and her organization to the top
and, above all, its body, the Chamber of Commerce which presents itself as
cutting-edge administration in the public administration panorama
national.
