Imperia. Zoe, Happy and Kaos were the four-legged stars, the undisputed protagonists of the day at the primary school ofLittardi comprehensive institute of Imperia in via degli Ulivi. The Liguria core dog unit in fact, they held a demonstration for young students aged 3 to 5, who thus experienced live how dogs operate together with the Fire Brigade. The regional manager of the fire brigade dog unit also participated in the demonstration, Rocco Tufarelli And Denis Bianchi.

«A project that we have been carrying out for years is to raise awareness among children about approaching animals. The dog is often seen by children as a dangerous figure and we try to make them understand that it is a living human being who must be respected. We show them how we treat our dogs and how we train them, in the hope that the child will learn the same love” explains Rocco Tufarelli.

A program that the Institute cares a lot about, as the director underlines, Angelo Quaglia: «Something very important that shows the work of the firefighters with the help of dogs who have always been something extra for children. It was a surprise for them this morning. We believe that these initiatives are very educational and we try to combine profit with making training as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. For this reason I thank the firefighters for the availability they give every year.”
