As you know, theEpic Games Store gives away one or more games to its users every week. Typically, when it releases the current week’s games, it also reveals those arriving seven days later. At certain times of the year, however, it makes everything a surprise, usually because it has something more interesting in store than usual. Now, as indicated by the well-known leaker billbil-kun, Epic Games is about to make it available AAA games every week for a month.
billbil-kun is a well-known leaker who for years has correctly and early revealed games from the Epic Games Store, Humble Bundle, PS Plus and more. Obviously what he reported is not official information, but nevertheless it is one of the most reliable sources in this area.
It’s always anyway it is possible that what he indicated is incorrect or that Epic Games changes plans at the last minutemoving a certain game to a different date or changing it because for some reason the agreements with the current publisher have changed.
billbil-kun’s leak on Epic Games Store games
As mentioned, the leaker claims that AAA games (i.e. games with high production values, not that this says anything about the actual quality) are arriving every week starting from May 16th and continuing until June 13th.
The complete list of games is not indicated, but billibil-kun states that today there will be Dragon Age Inquisition – Game of the Year Edition, which is BioWare’s most recent role-playing game in the Dragon Age saga: this version also includes the essential DLC to fully understand the story and connect to what will happen in Dragon Age Dreadwolf, which should arrive by the end of the year according to rumors.
We remember that in 2023 Epic Games made 86 free games availabledown from 99 in 2022. The total value of last year’s games is $2,055, and users have redeemed a total of 586 million free games, down from 700 million in 2022. We’ll see how things pan out in 2024.
