Foligno, 1 June 2024 – The notice regarding the financing of “Independent Living” projects has been published to strengthen the right of people with disabilities to live with full awareness, taking responsibility for their choices in pursuing their possible autonomy . The economic contribution for each project proposal cannot exceed 12 thousand euros for 12 months (maximum duration of the project).
Who is it aimed at?
Persons who, on the date of submission of the application, meet the following requirements can access the contribution:
- a) be at least 18 years of age and not over 64 years of age, except as provided in the Notice;
- b) be:
b1. Italian citizens;
b2. EU citizens;
b3. non-EU family members of EU citizens, holders of a residence card or right of permanent residence;
b4. non-EU citizens regularly residing in Italy (including holders of international protection, humanitarian protection and asylum seekers), excluding holders of short-term visas;
- c) enjoy civil and political rights. Foreign citizens must enjoy civil and political rights in their country of origin, with the exception of holders of refugee status or subsidiary protection status;
- d) be resident in one of the Municipalities belonging to Social Zone N 8;
- e) be in a proven condition of disability pursuant to art. 3 c. 3 and pursuant to art. 4 of law 104/92
- f) have a valid ISEE of an amount equal to or less than 35 thousand euros according to current legislation.
How to do
the application must be submitted via the IT platform for the submission of online applications on the website of the Municipality of Foligno.
Applications submitted in different ways are not eligible.
The application can be submitted from 03/06/2024 at 9am until 03/07/2024 at 11.59pm
The submission of multiple applications by the same person is not permitted during the validity of this notice. If multiple applications are submitted, the first validly received one in chronological order will be processed.

Possibility of accessing the online services of the Public Administration (SPID or CIE) with digital identity
Valid ISEE certificate
Certificate of recognition Law 104/92 art. 3, paragraph 3
(possible for non-EU citizens) residence card or right of permanent residence)
What you get
Maximum contribution of 12 thousand euros for 12 months of maximum duration of the project.
