For the Tourism Councilor, Alessandro Ferrarathe airport “will certainly give added value to tourism in the city”.
And he points out that it is an infrastructure that “will develop a further network, not only for tourism, but also for trade”. The regional councilor for Tourism, Felice Casucci, he anticipates that next «will be an excellent summer, even with the airport. An excellent summer that will concern not only the Amalfi coast, but also the Cilento coast and, above all, the internal areas of the Cilento area. We expect a great result.”
Mayor Vincenzo Napoli notes “a growing trend for a few years now” for tourism in the city and, “in July, the airport opens, a further boost, which if we combine it with the sea routes, with the high-speed train which is in the train station, the infrastructure seems to me to have grown significantly.
