If you are not sure whether you have paid TARI in the past you can always check it: all the ways to check if payments are in order.
Citizens must pay a series of bills relating to various services. In addition to those relating to electricity and gas, which have undergone significant increases in recent years, there is also that relating to water. In addition, TARI must also be paid, i.e. the tax relating to waste management, essential to cover the costs of the service that collects and disposes of waste. The TARI is different for each Municipality and is characterized by at least two six-monthly installments (there can also be three or four installments per year, ed.).
TARI, how to check if you have paid it: all the steps
The bill arrives at every citizen’s home, who will pay it in installments or possibly to pour it in a single solution. But what happens if we suspect that we have not paid one or more TARI instalments?
An oversight can happen to anyone: among the many things to pay and many others to think about, it is not that impossible to ‘skip’ the TARI payment. Sometimes, however, it is just a doubt that the user would like to remove in order to go back to sleeping peacefully. Is there a way to check if the payment has been duly made?
In reality, yes, it is possible to verify the TARI payment both via PC and via a smartphone or tablet. If you want to proceed with a computer, just access the reserved area on the Revenue Agency website – obviously with SPID, CIE or CNS credentials – and search for Tax Drawer.
Then click on Go to service and Go to Consultations, scroll down and press on Payments. All you have to do is click on Go in the area, select the year you want to check and consult all the payments made.
You can also check your payment via apps
The check can also take place on the website of the municipality of residence, always accessing the personal area via SPID, CIE or CNS. All you have to do is search the section where you can view payments. If you can’t find it you can always contact the Municipality in another way, for example by telephone, by email or by showing up in person at the Tax Office.
As mentioned you can check if all past TARI payments have been made even via your smartphone. It can be done both with the Revenue Agency app and with that of your municipality of residence.
Even with the Revenue Agency app you will have to go in the section dedicated to the Tax Drawer. The same goes with the Municipality’s app (which in reality few Municipalities have, ed.): you have to look for the section where you can view the TARI payments.
