Three companies VULTOUR BIKE of Melfi, Team Alto Bradano of Venosa and Bici Club Matera, unite to network and bring many cyclists onto our roads.

The three companies presented, in fact, in Matera the event that will touch on different scenarios of the provinces of Matera and Potenzadifferent countries and territories uniting them into one large family, which is that of cycling.

A presentation that saw the participation of the highest sporting officials Lucane of FCI and the Italian Sports Centeran ambitious project that has received everyone’s appreciation and which can become an important driving force for the promotion of Basilicata, much loved by cyclists with its villages, its thousand-year history and unparalleled natural beauty.

Last Saturday at the Council Chamber of the Palace of the Province of Matera, after the greetings of the President of the Province, Piero Marrese, the ARI contact person for Basilicata Giuseppe Mazzucca explained the route that the Rando Tour Basilicata will follow in three summer events:

  • The June 30th the event The Matera Hills departing from Matera,
  • The 14 July the Alto Bradano Randonnée departing from Venosa,
  • L’8 September the Randonnée Parco del Vulture departing from Melfi.

Also speaking during the press conference to present the Rando Tour Basilicata were:

  • the Sports Councilor and Deputy Mayor of the city of Matera, Antonio Materdomini;
  • the vice president of the FCI, Carmine Acquasanta;
  • the President of the National Cycling Sector of the CSI, Nicola Saccoccio;
  • the Regional President of the Csi Basilicata, Domenico Lavanga,
  • the Regional Coordinator of Sport and Health, Matteo Trombetta.

The conclusions were entrusted to the President of ARI Sud, Giuseppe Gallina.
