The defender born in 2006 would play for the Primavera: the agent is working on his arrival in Milan
Botines, the agent of Onana and Dilan Zarate, had been at the Inter headquarters last week. And there was also talk of Alex Perez, Betis Sevilla defender in 2006. His contract expires in 2025 and the good relations between the player’s agent and the Nerazzurri management could facilitate the success of the negotiation. Inter continues to work under a self-financing regime and the managers have reiterated this to the agent who however – from what calciomercato.com writes – seems to want to favor the operation. For this reason he met Betis and explained to the Spaniards how he intended to conduct the operation taking into account the needs of both clubs.
Perez, who would play for the Primavera, in short would have chosen to join Inter and will not renew with Betis. In 2025 his contract would cost zero: the Nerazzurri could put 3 million on the table to pay in 2025 to have the player immediately. Sevilla should renew the player’s contract for one year and would loan him to the Nerazzurri club with an obligation to buy. According to the sports website, Betis would have accepted and there is talk of an option in the defender’s contract, a possible percentage on the future resale. Now it’s up to Inter to send the offer to Betis to enhance the work done by Botines in recent days. Loan with obligation to redeem at three million would therefore be the formula with which the footballer would arrive in Milan.
