Stradella Things change in the Davis house. Luis Piva (pictured) will be the new coach of Stradella’s team, still involved in Serie B2, replacing Enrico Pinzi and Diego Pavan. Piva comes from the experience gained in Top Volley Villafranca as Andy Delgado’s assistant. This season, the Veronese team were opponents of the white and blue sextet in group E. The new coach, who had already been at Davis as an athletic trainer a few years ago, will be assisted by Luca Zaghi, previously a player for Due Castelli. Pinzi and Pavan remain in president Vanni Rigoni’s club: they will coach the newly promoted sextet in Serie D, taking the place of Simone Lazzari who has decided to leave.
Serie B1 f – Meanwhile, a new experience as a manager for Irene Michelini: after being director at Porto, this season she held the same position at Orotig in Peschiera del Garda where she played in group B of the women’s B1.
