Thursday 4th July at 8:30 pm the first of four special evenings that will then take place on 11th, 18th and 25th July: completely original events created to arouse unique emotions, where the charm of the art of the works exhibited at the Bruschi Museum dialogues and mixes suggestively with the discipline of yoga.
The first three lessons, of about an hour and a half each, will be led by Giuseppe Storani who has been practicing this discipline for over 20 years: “The first evening will be dedicated to Vinyasa Yoga, a special approach that allows you to get from one point to another with a fluid and dynamic flow of movements through the support of breathing – anticipates Maestro Storani. – The second evening will be a “special class” on meditation to create a connection between body and soul, the third an Ashtanga Yoga lesson, a very challenging and dynamic style that includes intense movements”.
On the last evening of Thursday 25 July, parent-child yoga returns, born from the idea of creating a moment of fun and complicity. The lesson will be led by educator Elisa Bertocci, a yoga teacher for the youngest “Balyayoga method” and will last about forty-five minutes.
