Two “Italian sisters” tease motorcycle enthusiasts: their features and lines make them truly unique and irresistible. The touch is classy.
The genius of the pilot Danilo Petrucci along with the expert design of the Dotto Creations has developed two motorcycles, which are hard to stop admiring and appreciating. Already at the announcement of the collaborative duo it would have been easy to expect great things and the expectations were not betrayed at all. After all, enthusiasts have always followed in the footsteps of Petrucciwho has dabbled in many specialties such as track rather than dirt, performing both at Mugello that on Paris-Dakar.
It is from these experiences that the 33-year-old drew inspiration and passed on some ideas to the duo Francesco Iannuzzi And Gianluca Bartolinico-founder of Dotto Creationsto design the two motorcycles just presented to international attention: theHandyman and the Nine-one-sixproduced in limited numbers and customized for customers.
They are two rather different prototypes, which however have some features in common such as the base Ducati and the unique and innovative design. In such a way as to guarantee quality but at the same time enhance uniqueness: no one will be able to have anything similar. The contribution of Dotto Creations toHandyman it was mainly related to the ‘body’ part, as regards the very light fairing in high performance polymers and/or carbon. The same goes for the dual-position handlebars and the light clusters, including the headlight, taillights and direction indicators. The other components produced by the company were exhausts, saddle, tank, engine guard, sump guard, mudguard, front mudguard, rear mudguard, grips.
The two Italian two-wheeled sisters that fascinate the market
The denomination Handyman arose to refer to an ‘all-terrain’. A motorcycle that easily allows excursions, therefore it is based on the Ducati Desert The handlebar allows the possibility of opting for a lower riding position depending on the terrain of the road. There will only be 10 examples on the market, which will then be customized based on customer requests regarding colours, materials and accessories. From Nine-one-six instead, 16 will be produced and also in this case it is possible to customize the dream bike according to personal tastes.
There Nine-one-six would like to start from one Panigale V4 and combine it with some peculiarities of 916which was the first motorcycle of Danilo Petrucci. However, there are some inevitable innovations such as the exhausts again under the seat or the headlights transformed into air intakes. Here the Dotto Creations operated once again with the light fairing with the headlights and with the same parts treated for the Handyman. Whoever can ride one of the two will be guaranteed an unrepeatable experience.
