Amstel Gold Race 2024, the route (Altimetry and Planimetry)

L’Amstel Gold Race 2024 confirms the same path as the 2023 edition. On schedule Sunday 14 Aprilthe opening classic of the Ardennes Triptych will in fact see the runners cover 253.6 kilometers from Maastricht to Valkenburg and overcome 33 short climbs, just like what happened last year, when Tadej Pogacar won at the end of a long solitary ride. A good part of these asperities will be faced in the second half of the race within the series of circuits which will lead the group to cross the finish line on two other occasions before the arrival and climb the climbs of Loorberg, Cauberg, Geulhemmerberg and Bemelerberg, these last three also the last difficulties of the day, all within the last 20 kilometers of the race.
