A horror story that begins during the 2020 lockdown. A 64-year-old falls in love with his neighbor, who lives right across the street from him, in Turin. In fact, the man dresses up like the clown from the film It from Stephen King’s book. And he waits for hours at the front door for her to come out. She looks at him through the peephole and becomes more and more terrified. At that point she installs a video camera. And he stalks her on the street. She moves house and he also finds out the new address and shows up there too. He also sends delusional letters. He shows up at the bar and at his mother-in-law’s house. Until the complaint and the trial arrive. The Court of Appeal of Turin sentenced him to one year and four months for aggravated stalking. The victim is awarded a provisional amount of 5 thousand euros for the damages suffered: because he stopped working due to the stress resulting from the trauma, depression and eating disorders.
