Cycling school and example of life. This is the focus of the beautiful evening organized by the Municipality of Vailate on Saturday 21 April 2024, in a packed gym, in homage to Pierino Baffithe great cycling champion born in Vailate in 1930.
An evening on Pierino Baffi
Not only the memory of a legend but also the story of a passion and a vocation that has inspired many generations and continues to do so. The evening was introduced by the Councilor for Culture Marina Doneda, then a very evocative black and white video was screened: for everyone it was like taking a dive into 1950s cycling, which enchanted the audience.
