Jorge Martin, second, underlines the superiority of his rival. “I gave 100%, but Pecco was on another level: I knew that winning was impossible. I’m happy with second place and there was no point in risking it when I was 2 seconds behind: if I had started second maybe I could have overtaken him, but I don’t think I would the result would have changed because in the last laps I didn’t have any more. There are no excuses, I rode well and did my best, but that’s how it went.”

Enea Bastianini is happy with third place: “I tried to push from the start, I had some problems with the rear on the right, but lap after lap I improved, I recovered well and when the others dropped I did something more: I I had fun and made lots of overtakes, but Pecco wasn’t within our reach.
