The meaning of Sex and samba
The title of the song already gives an idea of what we will listen to, a summer hit that recalls Latin flavors. In fact, in the press release we read that the song “tells the bewitching atmosphere of South American nights, between attraction, complicity and desire” and in fact it talks about Brazilian favelas (sic) and Copacabana. Obviously inside there is all Tony Effe with references to Rome, to money and to all that imagery that he has built upon himself, while Gaia helps to tone down what is heard in the Bridge when she sings “The last note of those love songs who close without words but tell the truth”.
