RockOn Martirano Lombardo and San Pietro a Maida in Rock together for the only stop in Calabria of the tribute to Jeff Beck

San Pietro a Maida – Eight years after the Aristocrats live at B-Side in Rende, the association RockOn Martirano Lombardo is pleased to announce the grand return, in collaboration with San Pietro A Maida In Rock and the municipal administration led by the mayor Domenico Giampàof the event RockOn On The Roadfor the only date of the project in Calabria “Freeway Jam”. A tribute, they highlight “to the unforgotten Jeff Beck signed by three authentic champions: Michael Lee Firkinsone of the most original guitar heroes born under the aegis of Shrapnel Records, who over time has become a virtuoso of blues, country and southern rock guitar, genres skillfully mixed with elements of hard rock, grunge and even neoclassical shred; Stu Hammone of the greatest bassists in the world, known for his long partnership with six-string icons such as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai, the starting point of a forty-year career which, over the years, has led him to become one of the most sought-after sessionmen on the scene world music in all its forms; Chad Wackermanan authentic drum institution that emerged in the early ’80s thanks to his entry, in place of Vinnie Colaiuta, in the band of the great Frank Zappa, with whom he played from 1981 to 1988. An extremely gifted and transversal drummer, over time he also played with Allan Holdsworth, Andy Summers, Steve Vai, James Taylor and even Barbra Streisand.”
