Control activities continue on public establishments in which gaming is carried out using machines with cash winnings, also aimed at protecting minors and gaming safety, set up throughout the entire province.
The Administrative and Social Police of the Cuneo Police Headquarters has ascertained various violations at the “SNAI-vincendo” betting collection business located in Cuneo via Torino 71.
Police operators ascertained that the holder of the Public Security licence, of Chinese nationality, carried out the activity in the absence of both the holder and an authorized delegate of the Police Commissioner, in violation of articles. 8 and 9 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety.
For this reason the Cuneo Police Commissioner issued the provision suspension of the Public Safety license for 10 days.
It was also ascertained that he carried out the activity of supplying drinks without a license from the Municipality of Cuneo. For this reason the owner was sanctioned, pursuant to art. 21 of the Piedmont Regional Law 38/2006, in relation to the art. 8 paragraph 6 of the Piedmont Regional Law 38/2006, for an amount equal to €4000.
Further and similar initiatives will follow throughout the Province towards public gaming establishments and establishments.
